1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Poly Museum, also referred to as Poly-Museum, "we", "us", or "our", handles information when you use our mobile game and related services.
Poly Museum is a sliding puzzle game based on artistic, museum-inspired, and low-poly interpretations of artworks. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
2. Information We Do Not Directly Collect
Poly Museum does not currently support user accounts, user registration, login systems, cloud profiles, chat, or social features.
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, messages, or payment card information through the game.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Although we do not directly collect personal information through user accounts, some information may be collected automatically by your device, app stores, operating system, or third-party services used in the game.
Poly Museum uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob and related Google services may automatically collect and process certain information, including but not limited to:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- Advertising ID and other device or app identifiers;
- App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad views;
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash data, app launch time, and SDK performance data;
- Information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
4. Advertising
Poly Museum may show advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, age-related requirements, and Google policies.
Google AdMob may use the Android Advertising ID and other identifiers to provide, measure, limit, and improve advertisements. You can manage, reset, or delete your Advertising ID from your Android device settings, where available.
In regions where consent is required, users may be asked to provide or manage consent choices related to personalized advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
Poly Museum may use third-party services that collect, process, or share information according to their own privacy policies and data practices. These services may include:
- Google AdMob;
- Google Play Services;
- Google Play Console and Google Play platform services.
We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob-related privacy information to understand how Google collects and processes data.
6. How Information Is Used
Information collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob may be used for purposes including:
- Displaying advertisements;
- Measuring ad performance;
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid ad activity;
- Improving app and SDK performance;
- Analytics, diagnostics, and service reliability;
- Complying with legal obligations.
We do not use personal information to create user accounts, social profiles, or in-game personal profiles.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not directly share personal information with advertisers because we do not directly collect account or profile information from users.
However, third-party services integrated into the game, such as Google AdMob, may collect and share certain information as described in their own policies and disclosures. This may include data used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Since Poly Museum does not currently provide user accounts, we do not maintain account profiles that users need to delete.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and email address only as long as necessary to respond to your request, provide support, resolve issues, or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of support-related personal information by contacting us at info@proje4.com.
